Warning: Phishing attempt detected

Notice of attempted abuse of users of Poslovna Banka IN

The bank has detected several attempts to fraud our customers, users of Poslovna Banka IN, via e-mail with the subject "Invalid or expired security token – new one required".

The message urges recipients to immediately order and activate a new security token for uninterrupted future use and includes a malicious link.

Some clients have also received calls from unknown phone numbers, where callers introduce themselves as bank employees.

Please note that the email was not sent by the bank, so do not click on the link and delete the message immediately. Calls to update the application are also not made by bank employees.

The bank never sends links to access its digital channels; always access the online and mobile bank via links or applications that are already stored on your devices.

The bank also never asks customers to provide sensitive information, such as personal data, password, PIN code, etc., either via online links or through its employees. Therefore, never trust such information to an unknown person (even if they introduce themselves as a bank employee). If you receive a call that seems suspicious to you, we advise you to hang up and call the bank's Contact Center on the free phone number 080 13 18) and verify the authenticity of the call received. If the call is confirmed to be malicious, we recommend that you block the number (the criminals are extremely persistent).
