New concept of our branches

The role of bank branches is changing. Most customers visit the branch only a few more times a year, usually for a professional and in-depth consultation on more complex financial issues. Accordingly, branches must be organized and designed to provide a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, which is necessary for an open relationship and a more in-depth conversation with customers.

The new branch concept allows us to focus even more on customers and their needs. The branch office is thus becoming a place for meeting, socializing, doing business and relaxing.
