Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d.d., in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities (ZDPSI; Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/23) (Article 21), provides the following information about the accessibility of our services.

1. Description of services and accessibility

In accordance with the provisions of the ZDPSI, we are committed to implementing and maintaining accessible solutions within all relevant service channels.

This statement applies to digital tools, web and mobile applications and other electronic communication channels for services such as:

  • credit agreements subject to the law governing consumer credit;
  • investment services - investment advice;
  • payment services as defined in the law governing payment services, electronic money issuance services and payment systems;
  • services related to a payment account as defined in the law governing payment services, electronic money issuance services and payment systems;
  • electronic money as defined in the law governing payment services, electronic money issuance services and payment systems;

through which users access banking services. Our goal is to provide a user experience that takes into account the needs of a diverse range of users.

Where compliance has not yet been fully achieved, we have identified corrective measures and started their gradual implementation.

2. Standards and compliance

To ensure compliance with accessibility requirements, we use harmonised standards and technical specifications published in the Official Journal of the EU, such as WCAG 2.1, EN 301 549, etc.
We are committed to regularly monitoring and verifying the compliance of our services with legislative requirements and making any necessary corrections.

3. Procedures for detecting and correcting non-compliance

We are committed to continuously monitoring and correcting any non-compliance regarding accessibility. In the event of a non-compliance identified, we take appropriate corrective action.
