Video surveillance

Bank Intesa Sanpaolo d.d. (hereinafter: the Bank) performs video surveillance for the purpose of protecting people and property, which represents the legitimate interest of the bank as a legal basis for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The bank further processes the obtained data in cases of abuse, fraud, criminal and other acts that threaten the safety of people and property. Video surveillance can also be implemented in such a way as to monitor the events live, depending on the individual location where video surveillance is implemented. Individuals are informed about the live monitoring of the event by means of a notification at each location. Video surveillance recordings are kept by the Bank for 12 months from their creation.
