Warnings to investors and limitation of liability

The Eurizon Fund, Eurizon Manager Selection Fund and Eurizon Fund II umbrella investment funds are managed by the management company Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. – Luxembourg Branch, 28 boulevard Kockelscheuer, L-1821 Luxembourg (hereinafter: the Management Company). Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d. d., Pristaniška ulica 14, 6502 Koper (hereinafter: the Bank) is the official authorized distributor of the aforementioned investment funds for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

This is a marketing message. Before making any final investment decision, please read the prospectus and the supplement to the prospectus of the individual umbrella fund and the key information documents for the individual sub-funds of the umbrella funds. These documents and other information are in Slovenian, and the latest annual and semi-annual reports are in English, available free of charge on the Bank's website www.intesasanpaolobank.si and at the Bank's branches. A summary of information on investor rights and collective redress is available free of charge in Slovenian at https://www.eurizoncapital.com/en/investors-rights. The management company may, in accordance with Article 93a of Directive 2009/65/EC, decide to terminate the marketing agreements for its collective investment undertakings.

Investment funds are not products of the Bank and do not provide a guaranteed return. Investments in the investment fund are not included in the deposit guarantee scheme. The Bank does not guarantee the return on investment in the funds. By investing in the investment fund, the investor assumes the risk that he may receive less than he invested in the funds upon redemption.

Current data on the movement of the point value of an individual sub-fund are published daily in daily newspapers and on the Bank's website.

Past investment performance is not an indicator of its future return. The calculation of past investment performance excludes the entry and exit costs of investors, which reduce the shown return on investment.

Entry costs for Eurizon Funds depend on the individual sub-fund and amount to a maximum of 1.5% of the paid-in amount. There are no exit costs. The annual management fee is a maximum of 1.8%.

Entry costs for Eurizon Fund II funds depend on the individual sub-fund and amount to a maximum of 1.0% of the paid-in amount. There are no exit costs. The annual management fee is a maximum of 0.85%.

Entry costs for Eurizon Manager Selection Fund funds depend on the individual sub-fund and amount to a maximum of 1.5% of the paid-in amount. There are no exit costs. The annual management fee is a maximum of 1.6%.

** Based on 12 consecutive monthly payments, with the start of the payment during the special offer period, the bank transfers an additional payment of up to EUR 50 to the child's plan in the selected fund. The payment amount is equal to the amount of the monthly installment, but a maximum of EUR 50. In the event that the monthly installment exceeds the amount of EUR 50, the bank transfers EUR 50 to the savings plan. The child is only entitled to one additional payment of up to EUR 50, regardless of whether multiple savings plans are concluded in his name. The special offer is valid from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 or until cancelled.
