Cardholders can choose from three text message notification bundles, depending on your needs and preferences of which transactions you wish to be notified:

  • Basic bundle,
  • Plus bundle and
  • Security bundle.

You will be notified via a text message of your card transactions to the desired extent, depending on the bundle you choose.

Is the most comprehensive bundle

Cardholders receive a text message about each transaction, approved or rejected, in online stores or at ATMs and points of sale in Slovenia and abroad.

Plus bundle

Plus bundle

This is a medium-range bundle.

Cardholders receive a text message:

  • about each transaction, approved or rejected, in online stores and abroad, and
  • for each transaction over 25 EUR, executed in Slovenia.
Security bundle

The least comprehensive bundle

Cardholders receive a text message about each transaction, approved or rejected, in online stores at ATMs and points of sale abroad.

Important: quick action

Text message notification users can quickly detect any unusual activity related to your card. If you notice that you are missing your payment card, report it missing immediately. Loss or theft of the card should be reported:

  • by calling the telephone number 00 386 05 666 1256 or
  • at your nearest branch office.

You can report your card stolen or lost 24 hours a day, all days of the year. If you suspect that your card was stolen, report it to the nearest police station. Report all payment cards stolen or lost as soon as possible to reduce the risk of abuse.
