Notice of attempted abuse of users of Poslovna Banka IN

The bank has once again detected attempted abuse from our customers, users of Poslovna Banka IN, via an email with the subject "Technical maintenance of banking systems and replacement of security token".

The message urges recipients to order a new security token for further secure use and includes a malicious link.

We would like to remind you that the email was not sent by the bank, so do not click on the link and delete the message immediately. Calls to update the application are also not made by bank employees.

The bank never sends links to access its digital channels; always access the online and mobile bank via links or applications that are already stored on your devices.

The bank also never asks customers to provide sensitive information such as personal data, password, PIN code, etc., either via web links or through its employees. Therefore, never trust this type of information to an unknown person (even if they present themselves as a bank employee). If you receive a call that seems suspicious to you, we advise you to hang up and call the bank's Contact Center on the free phone number 080 13 18) and verify the authenticity of the call received. If the call is confirmed to be malicious, we advise you to block the number (criminals are extremely persistent).
