We are pleased to inform you that we have updated our mobile bank Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Mobile. For further use, update your mobile application to the latest version and try out all the new features we have prepared for you!

Investments and Investment advisory

At Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, we offer you a wide range of Eurizon investment funds. These are now also available to you via the new online and mobile bank.

  • You can access all information related to individual investment funds, filter it and view executed orders.
  • In addition, you can activate the investment advisory service remotely, fill out a questionnaire, which will help us determine your investment profile (i.e. MiFID questionnaire) and ensure that your investment is consistent with your risk profile online. This way you will be able to safely start investing and enriching your money: you will be able to order one-time or monthly payments without visiting a branch!

Access all key information about individual investment funds and check their profitability.
Funds may be filtered by type, geographical and sectoral exposure and risk level and savings period.
For a better overview, you can classify funds according to: name, type of fund, currency, return and level of risk.
Choose one or more funds that best fit your profile and opt for a one-time deposit or monthly investments.

Card novelties

You will enjoy two important upgrades:

  • You will now be able to activate the new card via your mobile or online bank. In this case, activation will no longer be required upon the first payment at the POS terminal or withdrawal at an ATM.
  • Have you repeatedly found yourself in an awkward situation because you forgot your card PIN at a crucial time of payment? Now this will not be able to happen to you again! The PIN codes of all your cards will be securely stored in your mobile bank.

Want to order a new card? You can submit an application in an online or mobile bank, the banker prepares an offer for you, and you confirm it online with the electronic signature #withSIGN!

Flik: payment at points of sale

We've upgraded your existing Flik service, which you've used to make instant transfers to others. Now you can also use it to pay at points of sale!

  • How? Flik users at the point of sale simply scan the QR code from the POS terminal by clicking on Flik pay on the entry screen of your mobile bank. When the payment information is displayed, confirm it and authorize the transaction.
  • Where? You can pay at points of sale marked with the Flik sign.

Savings online

Through the new online and mobile bank, you can now check the current savings offer and conclude a contract for a deposit and savings account at a distance.

In addition, you can view the data of concluded contracts, as well as all payments and withdrawals from the savings account.

Convenient data update

Do you want to update your personal information or personal document? You can now edit the change right in your app, without visiting a branch.

  • Enter the Settings section and change the data within your Profile, under My personal data.
  • For changing the document go under General information.
