The bank has detected an attempt to abuse our customers related to the Flik service. This is done via email, with the subject "Notification of received FLIK payment - Confirmation required" (»Obvestilo o prejetem FLIK plačilu – Potrebna potrditev«). The message urges recipients to manually review and confirm the received payment, as the sender is not yet recognized in the system.
We would like to remind you that the email was not sent by the bank or the Flik service provider, so do not click on the link and delete the message immediately. Any calls related to the confirmation of Flik payments are also not made by bank employees.
The Flik service never requires special confirmations and data entry from users via email.
