Important instructions for updating mobile banki

We are preparing a new version of our digital banking for you, which will bring you certain improvements.

We would like to inform you that a mandatory update of the mobile application for individuals Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Mobile will therefore be required shortly. You will download the new version from the online store. We warn you not to delete the existing application from your mobile phone!

During the upgrade, the operation of the online and mobile bank may be temporarily interrupted.

After updating the application, the first time you enter the mobile bank, you may need to log in with your PIN code (even if you are usually accessing it using a biometrical method such as face recognition or fingerprint).  We recommend that you try to enter the application with your entry PIN code as soon as possible to make sure that you know it. If you find out that you do not remember the PIN code, please visit our nearest branch as soon as possible or call our Contact Center on the toll-free number 080 13 18 for more information.
