Important instructions for updating mobile banki
We are preparing a new version of our digital banking for you, which will bring you certain improvements.
We would like to inform you that a mandatory update of the mobile application will therefore be required on Wednesday, 13 September. You will download the new version from the online store. We warn you not to delete the existing application from your mobile phone!
During the upgrade, from Tuesday, September 12, 2023, from 10 p.m. to Wednesday, September 13, 2023, until 12 a.m., the operation of the online and mobile bank may be temporarily interrupted.
After updating the application, the first time you enter the mobile bank, you may need to log in with your PIN code. If you use a biometric method to enter the application (e.g. face recognition or fingerprint) and you do not remember the PIN code, contact our Contact Center as soon as possible via the free telephone number 080 13 18 or contact your bank consultant to retrieve it.
