Compensation for payment transactions abroad

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of payment services for consumers, we would like to inform you that as of November 1, 2022, the bank is introducing a new fee for the in-depth review of cross-border and other payment transactions in the area of ​​execution of payment transactions abroad in the amount of 10.00 EUR.

The compensation will be calculated when the payment transaction is executed in countries that the bank, on the basis of sanction lists and the bank's internal rules, assesses as high risk. See the List of countries subject to in-depth review (.pdf).

From November 1, 2022, you can view the changed tariff on the bank's website  and in all the bank's branches.
