Managers' Congress 2025

Banking is not just about giving out money and saying ‘good luck.’ It’s about listening, understanding what the clients truly need, and then helping them with the right solution.

These words were used by our CEO, Luigi Fuzio, when asked about the role of banks in supporting entrepreneurs during the Managers’ Congress – the leading gathering of business leaders in Slovenia. He reminded us that banks are like the bloodstream of the economy: resilient, always-present, and constantly moving forward. Today, supporting entrepreneurs means much more than analyzing numbers – it means recognizing people, their vision and giving them tailored advice in a world shaped by digitalization and AI.

This year’s congress was also attended by distinguished guests such as the European Commissioner, Marta Kos, and the President of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar.
